By accepting these Terms through your use of the website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All packages are shipped via Canada Post (canadapost.ca).
- We are located in Canada, but ship worldwide.
When you purchase an item you are given the option to receive untracked or tracked or expedited shipping options for different prices.
Note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has reached Canada post. I only offer untracked for the convenience of customers.
Shipping times within Canada average 1-14 days, to the USA 3-18 days average, anywhere else internationally 7-30 days average. If you are beginning to get concerned about your packages whereabouts contact me and we will solve it.
please note that shipping and delivery is out of our control once the package is with Canada Post.
Succubitx and Canada Post are not responsible for undeliverable packages if you have entered your shipping address incorrectly.
Succubitx and Canada Post are not responsible for your package if you fail to pick up your package at the post office within the given time period as set by your postal service. In general, most postal service will leave a pick up slip with the location to pick up, and pick up time range.
Succubitx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and or damages that occur during shipping.
Note; not a single package has ever been lost or undeliverable due to succubitx, all untracked items have arrived and if issues do occure we are happy to help in any possible way!
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final.
All items are sold as is.
Therefore, please double check your order carefully before purchase. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
If you are interested in purchasing bulk, for either personal reasons or to resell, contact me and we will go from there. I am absolutely open to doing discounts on wholesale orders I just prefer making them to order versus you buying directly from the shop.
Discounts will be discussed and agreed upon, it will depend on order total.
